Liberty Square Apartments

I regret to say that my experience at Liberty Square Apartment has been far from unsatisfactory. The issues are numerous, but the most concerning aspects are the safety, cleanliness, and lack of amenities.

Safety:
The safety here is a major issue. There have been several incidents of unauthorized access to the building, and management has done little to address these concerns. The security measures are either outdated or poorly maintained.

Cleanliness:
The common areas are consistently dirty.... Hallways are rarely cleaned, It’s clear that the management does not prioritize maintaining a clean environment, which is unacceptable.

Amenities:
The advertised amenities are either non-existent or in such poor condition that they are unusable. They don't have dish washer in every unit. Also, the mailbox condition is not good, they need to put new one.

Parking:
To make matters worse, there is no assigned parking lot. Finding a spot is a daily struggle, and the lack of organization leads to chaos. For the price we’re paying, assigned parking should be a given.

Noise:
The noise levels are intolerable. Despite multiple complaints to management, no action has been taken.

At this property tenants are putting trash bags into that hallways instead it throwing it out in dumpster. The management is not willing to take any actions despite of complaints made by others tenants. There is no assign parking. The hallway smells like cigarettes smoke.

The building is infested with German cockroaches and some neighbors have reported seeing mice. Hallways are smelly and apartment is not insulated. The best thing in this complex is the supper, he's very present, a professional and a great worker.
