Maintenance is not adequate
I have lived here for more than 2 years and it has been a positive experience overall except for the way the management conducts maintenance work. There’s about 90 separate cottage units on the property and only ONE person who has to resolve any work orders. This is NOT the fault of that person that work orders are not being done in a timely manner! The APT management needs to hire another either full time or part time person to handle the work load! We have one resident who put in an order... over a YEAR ago to have a storm door installed that hasn’t been done yet despite repeated requests to have it done. The maintenance man keeps saying he’s overwhelmed and doesn’t have the time to complete the work orders.This is unacceptable and reflects on APT negatively because it gives the impression they don’t care about the residents needs.
