Radnor Preserve is an apartment community in Radnor, PA
Needed a two bedroom in 2019 that allowed dogs. It was still under construction, but I looked at an apartment back in the woods overlooking Radnor Trail. Put a deposit down and haven't regretted it since. Clean modern units with tons of closet space and a 23'x7' balcony. Mid-century building has cinderblock walls and concrete floors. In a building full of dogs and college students, one can barely hear your neighbors inside your apt. But it's easy to meet neighbors in the hallways and lobbies and... The Yard, a nice outside party area. Plenty of parking and our closest neighbor is Radnor Township building and police. I walk on the Radnor Trail at least four times a week, and downtown Wayne and trains are a mile away. It's a stone's throw to 476. Amy, Elizabeth and the management and maintenance crews are nice, top notch and very responsive. I would highly recommend it.

Great place to Live
I’m starting my 5th year. I have a great apartment, wonderful neighbors and great management. Fabulous location. Near good shopping, arts and a quick train to the city for all that’s offered there!!

We Love it Here
We’ve been here for 4 years and love it! Plenty of parking & great access to the Radnor trail. Management and the maintenance crew are friendly and responsive. Extra large balcony is a great feature and inside the apartment is spacious.

Highly recommend it!
The apartments are well appointed and spacious. The outdoor space with grills and firepits is a bonus. There is ample parking, and the grounds are well maintained. I really like the location and being steps away from the Radnor Trail. The onsite property management and maintenance staff are very helpful and professional. This is my 6th year living at Radnor Preserve and counting. Definitely recommend it!
