The Flats at Lansdale

As of March 19, 2026, RPM Living became the new owners of the property. During their short time, the property is noticeably not as clean as when the company was owned by the previous company and their amazing team (Chris, Taylor, and Malik). The trash cans are always overflowing with trash, the elevators and lobby have the same trash in the floor daily. Also, the sink in the common area often has the same mugs sitting in the sink with sitting water. YES, I have addressed both the Community... Manager and the Assistant Community Manager. My family and I moved into The Flats of Lansdale in July 2025. Upon moving in we were met by the facility staff who made our move an easy transition. They did an awesome job of keeping the facility clean inside and out. On March 20th 2026 a new company (RPM LIVING) purchased the building and a new management team was introduced. Immediately we noticed a change in the cleanliness of the building going down. Trash cans around the facility stay filled to the brim with trash spilling onto the floor.... The area where tenants can enjoy coffee and watch TV and play pool, the sink has had dirty cups in it for days iThe hallways have not been vacuumed, elevators have not been cleaned and the trash service that we pay for (trash pickup from our apartment door ) has been neglected. These issues were bought to management by my wife and I and as of the writing of this letter the trash cans are still stuffed to the top with trash and have not been addressed. Great place to live! Love the amenities…one area that could be improved would be advanced notice when the Clubhouse portion of building A has been rented for a party. We are frequently given very little notice that we should not enter the area, and walking through the party space is the only way to access the mail room.

A new management company took over a little over a week ago… sadly, this means a change in management staff. Too early to comment on the new management, but as of yet, there... has been very little communication or any introduction to the new management office or maintenance staff. Read More

The community at the Lansdale Flats is awesome The people here are friendly, helpful and kind. I went to a resident to ask to use one of his two shovels he was not using to shovel snow from underneath and surrounding my car. To my surprise, he would not allow me to shovel out my car because he did it. It was a kind and generous gesture and I'm sharing because it is refreshing to know that there are genuinely kind and helpful residents here among us. Chivalry is alive and well. When a maintenence issue they well equipped to handle it. They go out of their way to help us. They create an atmosphere of caring thank you all!!!
