This complex is absolutely TRASH, from the roaches to the poorly PAINTED over cabinets to the packed on caulking and the cracked ceilings definitely not worth your coins!!!

Great first apartment
It was a very nice apartment, maintenance cleaned everyday except on weekends. However, they are always reachable if you contact the hotline. Management changed at and they were rude most of the time, but the leasing agent Jazmine was extremely helpful. She helped me even outside of here working hours to make sure I moved in. I lived in my apartment for about a year. They installed an air conditioner but would refuse to fix it. And It could get extremely hot in those apartments during summer.

Party People Need Not apply! lol
If you like quiet neighbors, who look out for one another and are respectful than this is the place for you. However if you like to throw wild parties and play loud music, this is probably not a good fit for you. lol For me Its like coming home to a peaceful Oasis everyday.
Which is great since I work in the City where it is anything but peaceful. As for the apartments themselves, well lets just say they are cosmetically challanged and severely outdated. The place could probably use an upgrade... . With that being said, I do appreciate that the walls here are very thick. Overall I don't think you will ever find a better group of people to live among.
