Apartment is good and location is good. Management is worse and they charge for more additional money than your advance amount and you end up paying more out of your hand. Totally a Money minded management to earn more money by pointing different things. My suggestion would be no to this community because of the property management.

I rented in the furnished (executive) apartment for five months while doing consulting in the area. It was perfect. All the amenities I needed, quiet, clean, convenient location, and nice people to deal with.

I am a new renter (3 months) and am very pleased with the management and service team. Recently my washer broke and within 3 days, Jamie, Maintenance Mgr, replaced it with a new one. This is an excellent complex for seniors and professionals that are looking for a maintenance free life style, close to shops and services. I want to say thank you to Jeanne, Sandy and Jamie for their excellent service.
