Fairmont Place Is A Joke
There is a terrible trash and rodent problem because they do not maintain the trash areas. There is a terrible trash issue with trash left everywhere. There are no trash receptacles anywhere on the grounds. There is a curbing your dog issue as well whereas no picks up after their dogs. In winter, ice melt is only applied to sidewalks. The parking areas a not maintained and are dangerously slippery. Excess snow is not removed. Parking is at a premium. The security door is broken most of the... time. There is a terrible gossip issue among tenants whereas, people allowed to sit in the lobby can hear all that goes on in the office. The first-floor right dryers have been down since Oct 2025. The main elevator has been down since 2022. There is only an ai answering system to take your maintenance calls. There are no real maintenance crews only one young inexperienced kid that comes to your door and doesn't have much experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE... There's a real lack of concern for the tenants...especially the elderly.
