Be prepared for $500+ monthly utility bills (yes, really; that's not an exaggeration), $500 parking fee, poor maintenance, unfriendly staff, and a building only half renovated. Everything here is a facade designed to get you to sign before you look behind the curtain--including the "Aesop" soap in the bathroom. Yes, they really do put cheap pharmacy store soap in Aesop bottles thinking people are too dumb to notice. Management does not proactively manage the building nor staff, does not take... care of snow/ice removal in a timely manner (the roof deck is still closed, and two floors of the garage are currently inaccessible more than a week after the last snowfall), and the building has construction debris blocking a good portion of parking spaces in the garage. The ONLY good thing about this place is the location, and there are many other buildings in the area that are better managed, with nicer amenities, at a lower cost. Read More

Multiple units in the building have had heating issues, and management took weeks to get it fixed beyond a temporary repair. The entire building is cold, and they even use space heaters in the office because the windows are horrible in this place, cold air. The electrical outlets were poorly installed with several practically pulling out the wall every time you unplug something. Management had to test out some switches because they may have been installed wrong. The shower flooring was poorly... installed and collects water. Water also drains out the back siding and seeps into the wall, you may have to caulk it yourself to stop it. You’re probably better off doing your own maintenance because the staff here seems to be completely incompetent and will not fix anything that may cost money.
