To apply, the following are required:
A) A completed rental application
B) Payment of three months’ fees to move in: first and last month’s rent plus a one-month security deposit, and one qualified co-signer. If no co-signer is available, a two-month deposit is required. Deposits are refundable within 30 days of move-out, assuming no damages.
C) Proof of income or employment verification.
