There are way too many fire alarms that ring and it's extremely disturbing. something needs to be done to replace the fire alarms. The apartment is in the best possible location, staff is really nice, maintenance is helpful, but it takes forever to fix problems. It took 4 months to get hot water. The elevators take forever and it creates problems getting up and down. It's a beautiful place but needs some work to make it more functional (more elevators, replace fire alarm so it only comes on if... there's a genuine emergency, having extra parts readily available so things get fixed quickly). I had a great experience staying at the apartment property at Arrive University City. Overall, it is a very nice place to live, with a modern design and a comfortable, well-maintained environment. The property itself is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which made my stay very enjoyable.

One of the highlights is the staff, who are professional, friendly, and always helpful. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed very quickly, often sooner than expected. This made a big difference... and showed that the management truly cares about residents’ comfort. The cleaning standards are also excellent — common areas are consistently clean and well organized.

The team at arrive, specifically the property manager has been amazing my whole time living here! They have been super responsive and ready to revolve any issues I’ve faced!

My move-in experience was okay. I didn’t receive a welcome packet with building information until I specifically asked for it, and I wasn’t informed that I needed to purchase a filter for the refrigerator. I was told to submit a work order.
On the positive side, the maintenance team was amazing—they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the water system and how my lock works. They were incredibly helpful and professional.
I do wish the front desk staff had been a bit more... welcoming and provided clearer guidance during move-in. That said, my initial communication with the team over email was excellent, and they were very helpful leading up to my arrival. Read More
