Everything has been pretty smooth so far. Only thing I would say is that sound travels through walls a lot. I hear my neighbors being pretty loud often.

Everyone gets along with each other. It is safe and has easy access to getting to the main campus. Great views of the city and Temple. Overall a fun place to stay.

Staff here are great and the repairs are always on time and quick. The locker security and regular security are a nice protection. For the price, Avery is an amazing place to live
