I really do enjoy being here at Avery , it is a little small & so is my microscopic bathroom but I definitely think I will be renewing my lease.. Avery has such a cozy vibe

Overall good, good maintenance and the front desk staff are really nice. It's small but the layout is great. Only wish we had more of a kitchen in the unit.

Going on month 3 living here and I love it! The community is so nice and welcoming, and I feel there is always a connection, especially at events. Everything else is amazing, the staff, cleanliness, and suppport! I love it!
