I couldn’t ask for a better value and experience! I’ve been here for 2 years and I have always been treated like royalty by staff and so many of the kids here (ps - I’m in my 60’s so everyone is a kid to me lol). This place has so much to offer and I plan to stay!

The package system here is very efficient and easy to use, which makes receiving deliveries really convenient. The staff are also friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. However, one downside is that I have occasionally seen cockroaches in the hallway, which is concerning and something that could be improved.

Not very good, Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Im so excited to move out! Living here affected my mental health so badly, the good things about this place cannot outweigh the bad.

The most incompetent group of people I have ever met. I say again, it was like psychological torture. If you're looking for cockroaches, mold, broken and leaky windows, this place has it all.

Great experience at Avery Apartments—maintenance is quick and reliable, and the property is clean and well-maintained. The welcome events are a nice touch; would love to see more of them!
