The EVO building is conveniently located, especially for students and anyone who wants to be close to the University of Pennsylvania and the surrounding area.

The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything I need for everyday living. I also appreciate the amenities and the building's overall atmosphere.

Honestly, living here has been a headache. And the move in process was not great either. It's frustrating to talk to the front desk since there are so many people that email and that we speak to, there is never a straight answer. And if the conversation was over the phone, if there is no written proof, it basically didn't happen. The pool was closed for the last two weeks of summer. It's always hot on the top floor, too. The package room has been a mess. And there is no communication when anyone… will be entering units. I've also seen a number of cockroaches and began my stay here with getting bedbugs.

I love living here except for the smell of the main living area and my roommate smoking in our apartment. Looking out me window everyday is so exciting and I love how safe I feel.

Having pests in the unit is disgusting. The walls are unpainted. Floors are plain concrete with no tiles or carpet. The rug is dirty as hell and hasn’t been cleaned in centuries. The apartment could really use professional cleaning and renovations.

Nice apartment with good amenities and good leasing staff. Also in a really good location, which access to septa, food, bars, and grocery stores nearby.
