lots of bugs and poorly kept area- looks nice on the outside but seems like corners were cut/it was cheaply made and kept. Doors were broken in the lobby for a month, other things remain broken or dont poorly. Dissapointing

It's been great living here so far. My only issue would be how loud the pipes are when I turn the knob to hot water and how long the water takes to get heated. No other complaints/concerns otherwise!

Great facilities at Evo. The swimming pool. And rooftop Views are super nice. Apartments are spacious too and most apartments have their own bathrooms which is so Convincing.
