It's been great living here so far. My only issue would be how loud the pipes are when I turn the knob to hot water and how long the water takes to get heated. No other complaints/concerns otherwise!

If you love cockroaches it's the best place to live in

1. cockroaches living in pipelines, so they never get eliminated. Do not be surprised to see one showing up in your room
2. pooooor management! They were changing management team 2 months ago, so packages of all 33 floors were piling up like hills in the mailroom. It took me 30 minutes to find my package on avergae
3. pooooor building quality! The water heater is so noisy that it makes my room into a construction site, and I have to take showers before 11pm to avoid disturbing roommates. Also,... the wall is like totally non-soundproof, my roommate can literally hear every single word I'm saying on the phone!!!!!!

Living at Evo at 2930 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has been a genuinely positive experience for me. The location is extremely convenient, especially for students and professionals, with easy access to campus, public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The building itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the apartments are well designed with plenty of natural light. What I appreciate most is the quiet and safe living environment, as well as the responsive and... professional management team, who are always quick to help when issues arise. Overall, Evo offers a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable living experience, and I truly feel at home here.
