Lock broken! Fixed in a jiffy....

My front door lock was broken from years of wear and tear. I put in a ticket to maintenance and they came in about an hour after I put in the ticket. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Wow! Great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

From the first call, text message until I took my tour at Bala Apartments the staff have been pleasant. Spoke with one of the best, polite property managers, Steve, during my journey of apartment hunting. The apartment shown was great, perfect location for my needs and many questions were answered. Steve listened to my interests, needs and gave me some suggestions on unsure thoughts. It was great to have a conversation with someone who was very pleasant, understanding, yet professional. I am… looking forward to future communication and visits with Steve in hopes of ending my apartment searching with Bala Apartment.
