Looks Nice, But Don't Be Fooled
I would not recommend living at this apartment complex based on my experience. During my time here, I dealt with multiple ongoing issues that made it difficult to enjoy living in my home.
There were recurring problems with mice and roaches, and the common areas were often dirty. The hallways were not cleaned consistently, and it was common to see pet waste left in shared areas. The building did not feel well maintained.
I also experienced maintenance problems, including water leaks and concerns... about mold. Repairs were not handled promptly, and I often felt like I had to repeatedly follow up before anything was done. Communication with management was frustrating, and I did not feel that resident concerns were treated with the urgency they deserved.
For anyone considering renting here, I encourage you to ask about pest control, maintenance response times, and how the property is maintained before signing a lease. I hope management improves the cleanliness of the property, addresses maintenance issues more quickly, and provides better communication with residents so future tenants have a better experience than I did.
