Wont give back deposit
I cannot recommend Collins Lofts based on my experience. After moving out, I was owed a security deposit refund. I was repeatedly told the check had been mailed, then informed it was likely sent to the wrong address. Later, I was told a stop payment had been placed on the original check and that a replacement would be issued or made available for pickup. Despite multiple follow-up emails over several weeks, I still did not receive my refund. The lack of communication and failure to resolve a... straightforward issue has been extremely frustrating. If you’re considering renting here, I recommend keeping detailed records of all communications and understanding their move-out and security deposit procedures.
