Don't fall for it

This place looks super cool and for the price you'll think you've found a steal. What you should know: train tracks right out back running regularly. Building was not originally built as a residence so it has ZERO sound dampening. You heard everything your neighbors do and just wait till the downstairs gym gets the music going at 7am on a Sunday. Similar to sound issues insulation is also non existent. Your going to pay through the nose for heating and cooling and still be very uncomfortable.… Also the structure is super old, so it s kind of falling apart. I think my apartment leaked about 4 times during my year here. Huge puddles in my main walking area, luckily I didn't have anything of value there

apartment is great but lots of issues

the apartment is beautiful, with high ceiling, cement floors and open concept living spaces, an amazing kitchen space, walk-in closest with washer/dryer, modern finishes and appliances. but there are a lot of issues with the building. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do and say, as well as the fitness studios downstairs. there is no trash room so you have to use the dumpster a full block away from the main entrance. there is a massive package room (for both… residents and businesses) so it's easy for things to get lost. ceilings are super high which is beautiful but costly for energy bills. the internet is super slow. you can head the industrial trains going over the tracks at all times of the day and night.
