Honest Resident Review
I’ve been living here for a few months, and I strongly recommend being mindful before signing a lease. This building clearly has a lot to figure out. For starters, it took months just to open the parking lot and even now, it’s still not fully ready. It honestly seems like they started accepting residents before they had basic infrastructure in place.
On top of that, the ongoing construction is extremely disruptive. Be prepared to be woken up at 6 AM on random weekdays. This is inconsiderate,... especially for those who work from home or have early classes not everyone keeps the same schedule.
For the rent they’re charging, you can definitely find better. There are plenty of other more established developments that offer newer amenities and a more organized living experience. For a building that was supposedly just built this year, it’s disappointing how unprepared it feels.
Bottom line: Look around before making a decision. You can get more for your money elsewhere.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustrations at Emerald Heights. This is not the experience we want any of our residents to have.
Since the opening of the building, our team has made every effort to be transparent and maintain consistent... communication with both prospective and current residents about the availability of on site garage parking.
The use of parking was delayed due to use approval requirements with the city, which have concluded and garage parking is now permitted.
No construction work has taken place since the opening of the building. Recently, there was some minor work completed in preparation for the official garage opening, which took place during normal business hours. We made every effort to minimize disruption to residents and provide appropriate notice to our residents as we understand any work is an inconvenience in a residence. We are grateful that the building now has additional parking and appreciate your patience.
Thank you for being a valued member of our community.
