One of the most beautiful yet the absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Please do not be fooled like I was. Beautiful cabinets and countertops over pure filth, and infested with mice. I broke my lease after 6 months!

They have had a recent pattern of getting folks to pay an extra month's rent when choosing not to renew. If you move in .... make sure you tell them 3 months before your lease ends that you will be leaving. Save yourself the money and the headache and look elsewhere.

This is a nice apartment complex with great amenities & features. However, the price point is outrageous! You pay extra for the security, who usually isn’t paying attention or even present in their post. Management does not take corrective action with security when criminal incidents occur and security fails to address the situation. Management is also slow to deal with serious issues such as mouse infestations (especially upsetting during a pandemic when people are encouraged to stay home, and… are increasing their exposure to sickness from rodents and rodent droppings). I could go on and on about how awful this place is.... instead I urge you to DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Please just look elsewhere. You don’t need to live here to be close to the city if that’s where you work. The other options are SO much better. It was the worst 2 years of my life living there and I am not joking.

They do not take attempted robbery and break ins seriously. Like legit there was a man with a crowbar bashing in our neighbors door multiple nights in a row. I have trauma and PTSD from… said experiences and they wouldn’t let us move so we had to pay for two apartments at once because just owning a gun didn’t make me feel safe enough. They didn’t care and that should just tell you a little bit about them.

If you are a single female I would definitely not live here. It’s pretty scary at night.

Getting away from the people who work here and this apartment building has improved my life so much. I hope others don’t make the same mistake we made by moving here.
