Highly disappointed and upset

Hello everyone I’m so highly disappointed made an appointment to come for a tour on Saturday October 4th 2025. There website clearly states that they are open on Saturdays from 10 to 4. When I first initially called the lady was extremely rude on the phone telling me that they didn’t do Saturday tours so I was like ok and hung up the phone, so like an hour after calling them another lady calls me from there office telling that they can schedule a Saturday tour for today at 11:30 because they had… other people coming in for a tour so I said sure that I would definitely like a tour of the model unit. I am extremely disappointed and upset because my fiancée and I drove over and hour and forty five minutes to come see this apartment. What they did was extremely unprofessional and I just wouldn’t recommend this place as a place to rent from. 0 out 10 for me

Bad management

I’ve had such a bad experience with this place and I wish I read the reviews first before giving them my $300 that don’t want to give back to me !! I’ve been going back and forth with them for months !!

POOR MANAGEMENT, NOTHING GETS FIXED!

This place has given me so many problems, have been here for over a year and have been waiting for them to fix issues that have been here since day one. Mice, bugs, ants, I even had wasps in my apartment last summer. The leasing office is rude and rarely answers you or just gives you vague answers. Maintenance only comes out to fix things halfway just for them to need to come back a week later. save your money and find another apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Management is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! Will let people enter your apartment without any notice at any time of day !! Maintenance is horrible!!! The emergency maintenance is a LIE! Will tell you they are coming for months straight and NEVER SHOW UP !! RAT INFESTED!! Trash all around property!! Air dont work heat dont work . They took a year to fix my washer and dryer , 3 months to come LOOK at my stove ! 2 months to fix a leak from an upstairs apartment!! I still have damage from this leak… TODAY !!
