Wonderful Tour Experience

Mice every night

Every night dealing with mice it’s embarrassing to have company over … house cleaned every day and night still dealing with mice it’s ridiculous bro don’t move here I swear

NO HOT WATER

DO NOT LIVE HERE!

My job requires me to move around a lot. Over the years, I have lived/worked in several cities great cities and areas throughout the US. This has to be one of my worst choices(time crunch decision). We have loved everything about our move to the Philadelphia area apart from living here.

It's really a shame since the location is great and the apartment size is rather large. Still I will not be renewing my lease. Since Oct. 2025. my apartment hasn't had functioning… hot water. Maintenance just keeps checking but not fixing the issue.
The list goes on. My neighbors have been plagued by pest/rodents, somehow we thankfully have not any issues. I know some of the other building have issues with heat so this list just keeps going on at this place.

I've heard from locals in the past, this was a great place to live. It no longer is! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Mice every night

Every time I wake middle of the night I’m busy catching mice. Kitchen always clean , no food out , swept mopped no dishes in sink and I still deal with mice every night it’s ridiculous waiting to move out
