I love my unit. The finishes are very nice, the view is postcard worthy and the building location is the city’s best. The management group Erick, Brandon, Simone and John could not be better. Each, always ask what concerns you may have and what they could do better.

Ive had a positive experience with the Broderick in the month or so that Ive been here, starting with Nadirah who was extremely helpful and lovely in facilitating this entire process. The building itself is clean and quiet, and everyone Ive met so far - staff and residents alike - have been nice.
