Overall satisfied, but not with the parking situation

The Onyx has 5 floors of apartments, but only about 10 parking spots for the building (covered parking). Overflow parking is reserved across the street at Lilac Pointe. There were 8 people on the waiting list for Onyx parking when I joined and I doubt there’ll be much movement on the list. It’s just a little inconvenient having to always cross the street to get to my car if I’m paying the same price for a uncovered parking spot as those who got an onsite, covered parking spot.

Despite that,… I’m overall satisfied with the management company. Maintenance is pretty attentive and the leasing office has flexible hours of availability

Great place to live!

We enjoyed our time living at the Onyx! The units are very nice and updated, maintenance was always quick, and the leasing team is great.

Love where I'm living

I had recently moved in and I am loving every minute. Ever since the start, the management team has been very friendly and courteous and more than helpful. Katie was extremely helpful in the process and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition for me. I work downtown and this is such a perfect location. For all the amenities that are included in the rent, it's such a great deal.
