This building has been a huge disappointment. The management has awful communication, won’t allow you to have a conversation over the phone and have made false promises. No hot water for over a month after filing several work requests and they denied to giving me any reimbursement. No working elevator for the first 3 months I was here. No rooftop that was promised. Watch your pay portal too because I get charged extra money every month because this place is beyond unorganized and doesn’t know... how to run apartment buildings. I cannot wait to get out of here!

Has potential...
I really wish I could give the property a better review, but it's been a little disappointing. It's a nice building and the 2 bedroom we moved into is very spacious. However, there is still no working elevator, no gym, no roof or any of the amenities that get factored into the cost of rent which is upsetting. And management has no idea when it will be ready, so until that work is completed it's just not worth the cost... We were rushed into our apartment with the promise it all would be ready by... move-in day and that was a month ago.
The location is great, love having ShopRite across the street and plenty of parks if you have a dog. Lots of dogs in the building!

Property still under construction no working elevator, no active trash removal, despite having moved in a while ago
