Great Management- Love Living Here!

My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago and we’ve been loving it here! The apartment has lots of space and we love the open concept living and kitchen areas. Move-in was a breeze- the property management office was communicative and very helpful. Location is great, a very short walking distance to Wawa and CVS for any of our last minute needs and everything else is just a quick ride down Ridge. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, and convenient building in Roxborough- you won’t be… disappointed here!

Beautiful Building and Perfect Location!

I was one of the first residents in this building back in November and I’m so glad I moved in! I wanted to be closer to my family in Plymouth Meeting but still enjoy the conveniences of living in the city and this checks off those boxes- I am able to get in and out of Center City pretty easily since the bus stop is half a block away but also not deal with all traffic when I want to go visit my parents. The apartment itself is great- lots of beautiful natural light from the windows and the… fixtures are great (especially the kitchen). 10/10 would recommend!
