Maintenance is nonexistent
Since I lived here it's been terrible. Took them months to replace a broken washer a year ago. Right now I have had a leak above my bed that is very large now. Im on the top floor. This started 10 months ago when the ceiling would just get wet from rain or melting snow and I would put request in and they just painted over it. This happened several times. Finally, the water broke through. For over a month they keep saying the roofers are coming and they never show up. I have to live with a... crammed livening room. They put the maintenance request as complete when nothing has been done. Other neighbors I have on the 6 floor have also reported problems with maintenance taking months to fix issues, unfortunately my problem is a health hazard and they don't take it seriously.

I apologize that this has been your experience and I as the property manager take full responsibility although some items and timelines were completely out of my control. We have and will continue to do our best to communicate with you with... updates as they happen real time. We have emailed, text, and spoke to you in person with updates about the roofers in addition to the washer/dryer delivery to replace your. A lot of times, we has the management company are told by vendors a timeline that sometimes they do not stick to for various reasons. This still isn't an excuse but I just wanted to be sure I shared this information with you. In addition, I understand that your are not pleased with the temporary living condition of being placed in another unit until the issue is fixed, that was a call that I made in order to ensure you had better conditions to sleep and live while we rectified the issue. I appreciate your honest feedback, I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, and the team and I will be sure to do all we can to ensure that this does not happen again!
