Avoid

Rented for one year and was a terrible experience. Management does not respond to anything even when utilities go down, the place is regularly trashed and loud from Airbnbs, and my packages were almost always stolen due to the lack of security here. I left the place very clean and took pictures and was ghosted for my security deposit after reaching out many times about it, so don’t expect one back

Avoid, do not live here

I’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been awful. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my next door neighbors talking in their living room, I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes, I can hear her kid running around, and I can hear the dog upstairs barking constantly. My apartment also always smells like weed because the vents connect to the upstairs apartment. The fire alarms are always beeping and randomly going off. My apartment has needed so much maintenance, no hot water… when I moved in, shower head wasn’t installed properly so no water came out, AC didn’t work and my apartment was 80° for a week, and my kitchen sink leaks. The property manager will not answer any texts or phone calls, he doesn’t even respond to the leasing agents. The leasing agents are great but there are so many issues it’s not worth moving here. They won’t break the lease despite the fact that they have broken the lease several times so a lawyer might be needed.

Made me submit a payment when they knew the property was not ready to move in and have not return my money since may 2024
