My experience over just a few months has been extremely disappointing, including serious maintenance issues, poor communication, and safety concerns.

Since moving in, I’ve dealt with multiple major problems such as prolonged loss of running water during winter, broken property fixtures (including garage access issues), and inadequate heating/insulation that made the apartment uncomfortable in cold weather. Maintenance response has been slow and ineffective when they did respond at all.

The... leasing process was also misleading, with discrepancies between the online listing and the actual unit, as well as last-minute changes in pricing after a deposit was already made.

There have also been safety concerns in the surrounding area, including me and my partners vehicles being stolen directly in front the property, which added to the overall sense of insecurity. Additionally, communication from management has been inconsistent and difficult to rely on.

Overall, my experience has not matched what was presented during the leasing process, and I would caution others to do thorough research before renting here. Read More
