There is a free washer and dryer in a laundry room that is shared with the three other apartments in the building. The laundry room is accessed via the private courtyard space. Water is billed through ratio based utility billing. We accept Section 8 vouchers.

There is ample, free on-street parking on both Lowrie Street and on Claim Street.

Small pets are acceptable for an extra fee and upon a good reference.

We use an online platform for credit checks and to collect the security deposit.
