Constant coolant leaks and A/C outages

coolant leaks into peoples’ apartments on a regular basis. A/C frequently out of commission. The whole system is broken and quick fixes accomplish nothing. Stay away from this property.

Negligent to tenant safety

The building is so poorly maintained and the management property refuses to invest in proper fixes to major issues. Loss of AC in summer months, various coolant leaks, water leaks, power outages. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in upper management whenever there is an emergency. There was a 50 gallon glycol leak which ruined tenant belongings across 4 different floors and upper management is doing absolutely nothing to assist residents. Would never recommend anyone live here.
