Don’t do it.
Current leaseholder. Staff commits to keeping you happy and acknowledges that you’re paying a lot to live there, then you won’t hear from them. There’s a theater next door that unloads materials overnight, don’t count on staff to fight for the city’s noise ordinance, either. Too much rent for too little service.
