    A little more recent review

    Moved in March 2017 and prior to moving in the kitchen was completely updated. Granite countertops, hardwood cabinets and laminate wood flooring, new island, and stainless appliances. The floor plan is laid out well and as soon as you walk through the hallway you are looking out the large balcony windows and double sliding doors which are the length of the living room wall. All of our windows and sliding doors have been replaced this year. Indoor parking is available along with a partially… covered parking deck; and the pool, gym, and storage unit are included with rent. Very friendly staff and neighbors and any concerns I have had were addressed immediately by building management. Great overall experience here at Grandview Pointe.
