Maiden Bridge and Canongate Apartment Homes

They increase rents like crazy, they don’t maintain the buildings updates, carpets are disgusting and old they smell, elevators are horrible, horrible management the new crew all are rude, half of the time washers or dryers dont work, they dont maintain landscaping there was leaves everywhere for days before they get them cleaned , pool is a nightmare I’ve got bad ear infection there! This place is overpriced and NOT carefully maintained, there are better options newer buildings out there

I recently took a "tour" of Maiden Bridge Canongate Apartments. Despite their use of new age or millennial rental websites all over the internet, Maiden Bridge Canongate uses the old bait and switch when you get there. The various websites typically list a whole inventory of available apartments, floor plans, and pricing to choose from. Once you get there, however, they show you their routine one bedroom model apartment and claim they have only one or possibly two vacancies to choose from.
