Maintenance upkeep is a real issue and it takes several months or never to get things fixed (e.g. keyless door entry, car vac etc.). Otherwise nice community.

I like it here. It’s nice and quiet most of the time. The dog park is extremely nice if you have a dog because they get to play with the other dogs that are super friendly.
