We have had a wonderful experience living at the Park at SouthSide Works. From the very beginning, it has been a place where we feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, with easy access to markets, restaurants, and beautiful walking areas along the river. It’s truly a great environment for daily life.

The management and maintenance staff have been kind, responsive, and attentive. Whenever we’ve had a request or concern, they’ve made genuine efforts to... address it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciate.

Most importantly, this apartment holds special meaning for us. It is the first place my wife came to live in Pittsburgh — and her first home in the United States. The community and environment here helped her feel at home in a new country, which means a great deal to us.

We’re very glad we chose the Park at SouthSide Works as the first place to begin our life together. It has been a meaningful and positive chapter for our family.

Love The Park!

I have been living at The Park for just over a year now and have absolutely been loving it! The building is brand new with tons of modern features, making it feel luxurious. Staff is super friendly and always has fun resident events to attend!

One of my favorite things about the community is the walkability. Everything you could need is within walking distance: including Aldi, a wide variety of restaurants, multiple coffee shops, and SO much more. It is also located directly by the Three Rivers... Heritage Trail that connects to so many locations throughout Pittsburgh - which is extremely convenient.

Overall, I have loved my experience and just renewed!

As a resident at The Park, I would give an overall rating of 9 out of 10. It is one of the newer buildings in Pittsburgh and offers a lot to young professionals, older professionals, and retirees. The location, amenities, excellent management team, and overall vibe of the building are all outstanding. The walkability is excellent, and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.
