Bertram, of the maintenance team was professional in every aspect: he introduced himself, told me what he was there for, and proceeded to do the work. Nicely done.
The community is ill suited for someone with a handicap. I recently suffered an injury and realized how hard it was to get around in a building that is not handicap friendly. Something to think about!

I have lived at the district for a couple of years now. The location is excellent and building atmosphere inviting. All issues are addressed promptly.
