So far, I haven't been able to help spread the GOOD word. I haven't had a good experience since moving in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The apartment charges this price for rent, but it's clear that management is unable to manage the quality of the residents and the condition of the property. They are also unable to establish and enforce good living rules.
Residents facing the courtyard are unlucky, forced to endure loud music and talking every day. It takes a long time to wait for... maintenance, and the receptionist only says they can’t do anything because the supervisor isn’t there.
