Maple Village

I lived Maple Village for 4 years and recently moved out for my job relocation. I do not know when it is built but the units are clean and very well maintained. Equipment and fixtures are timely upgraded and replaced (yard lightings, air conditioner covering, fire extinguisher, etc.) They even upgraded all units with new functional windows few months ago. Professionally treated lawn, small but clean and well functioning with fair price laundry center, clean waste container area.
The management... team is nice and friendly. Their response is fairly quick, even for the night and evening call. The maintenance technician, Larry, is so nice. One time, I accidentally broke the living room blinds and had to replace it. When he came out for replacement, he even voluntarily offered the screen door latch adjustment. This is just one trivial incident I can write it now, but whenever he came out for work and found something needed to fix, he always offered extra service.
The office admin lady, Bev, is also excellent, and surely one of my favorites. I was always welcomed by her friendly calm and gentle smile. She always listened sincerely whatever I brought her. If those are some questions and requests, she always made positive follow-ups.
Neighbors are great too. It is small community. Not like big apartment complex. Everyone greets each other and becomes friends. (Of course there was a nasty tenant sometimes, but quickly come and go which could happen in any other apartments)
I know the moving out process would be the most stressful experience if you live in an apartment. However, my case was fairly straightforward and generously well done. I even received full refund of my deposit few days ago with personalized ‘good luck’ note! My 4 years with Maple Village was wonderful and I strongly recommend this apartment!!
