Poor conditions upon move-in

Overall, it's an upgrade from where I was before, and at a good price point for the amount of space and amenities available. However, the unit was in very poor condition when I moved in, almost like no inspection was done beforehand whatsoever. It was quite dirty and a lot of things were either broken or in bad repair. I have been here for less than a week so far, so we'll see how the property deals with my situation, but first impressions are not great.

On the other hand, the leasing staff I… have spoken to so far has been friendly and helpful, which bodes well. However, in order to avoid this headache for both parties, it would be productive to actually address these issues before a new tenant moves in.

great service n cozy. they showed their interest in this property. they showed their positive energy by providing different workshop and training. they host several events; halloween and cookout. parking space was great. we got lot of snow and they did great with snow plowing

Maintenance workers are awesome! Candace is an amazing representative to work with. The insurance verification process is a bit particular about secured property name being case sensitive but the Rehome person was helpful.
