Worst apartment you can have
It is very expensive, depicting the town that its in. You can find a similar apartment thats $200 cheaper up the block. Management can't keep up with issues, such as fixing leaks or a broken window. The washer and dryers in the wash room don't work and living above a daycare, you're going to hear screaming children from 5am until 7pm.
Yes, it's nice to be in a small town, but not worth the money.
It also doesn't come with a dishwasher and microwave.
