Large rooms, good appliances, and quiet rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any questions that you might have. Within a ~15 minute walk from central Penn State campus.

Amazing location, good amenities, nice and friendly staff that seem to actually seem invested in your happiness. Only downside is they like to party here… always a little bit of noise and occasionally a drunken mess.

Living at the Meridian has been a great experience. The apartment itself is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, entertain, and set up a comfortable living space. The layout feels open and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel at home. One of the biggest highlights is the view—whether in the morning or evening, it’s a wonderful part of the daily experience here. Location is also a huge advantage. Being so close to downtown makes it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and... entertainment, while campus is just a quick trip away, making it especially convenient for students or faculty. The combination of space, comfort, and accessibility really sets the Meridian apart. Overall, it’s a well-rounded place to live for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing comfort
