Large rooms, good appliances, and quiet rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any questions that you might have. Within a ~15 minute walk from central Penn State campus.

Amazing location, good amenities, nice and friendly staff that seem to actually seem invested in your happiness. Only downside is they like to party here… always a little bit of noise and occasionally a drunken mess.

Good amenities, residents and staff are respectful and understanding. only issues encountered is leak in the ceiling, however that was solved quickly by maintenance.
