I love the employees, they made my whole lease process so much easier. They never made me feel as though I was asking of to much or bugging them. Instead they went above and beyond. One employee I’d like to acknowledge Isis. She is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her patience and willingness to help me through the process.

Overall, I had a decent experience living at The Bryn. The room sizes and unit sizes were nice. The appliances worked well for the most part, besides the dryer. One negative experience was that throughout the year, there were many maintenance related issues that arose, that were not fully fixed, even when requests were submitted.

Had a pretty great first year at the Bryn. Staff is nice and often very helpful. Never have issues with getting ahold of maintenance. My roommates were all random but for the most part they were nice and enjoyed the same home atmosphere as I did. Hopefully my new roommates will be just as great!

Dont Live Here

Lets just make a list:
1. Poor quality apartments. Completely dirty when you move in. Outdated and shoddy.
2. Staff are unhelpful. Confusing charges. Always feels like they are just trying to leach some extra money. Multiple lost packages.
3. Far from campus. Unless you want to be bored and constantly feel like you are missing out dont live here.
