nice place to live! sometimes neighbors are a bit loud but nothing that I can hear past 1am, there are issues with bugs but they help in anyway they can.

Had issues moving in. I came to a filthy apartment. Hair, rotting food, and a moldy bathroom are just a few of the nasty things that were left for me to clean the day I moved in. The cleaning crew only came a week or two after I moved in and not much was done on the half of the apartment I live in due to a mess up on the complex’s paperwork. There has also been a ceiling leak and the bathroom smells like pee. But the maintenance crew is responsive and has tried to fix all issues quickly. Office... staff seem to not always know how to handle the issues that present themselves.

I love that The Bryn does events sometimes with food or games. I like that my friends and I have our own spaces and that we can cook cook and eat together.

The community is quiet, perfect for a student that wants to stay in and study. Management is very responsive and helpful whenever there is an issue with your apartment. The gym, computers, and bus pass are necessary resources that the Bryn provided us.
