Had issues moving in. I came to a filthy apartment. Hair, rotting food, and a moldy bathroom are just a few of the nasty things that were left for me to clean the day I moved in. The cleaning crew only came a week or two after I moved in and not much was done on the half of the apartment I live in due to a mess up on the complex’s paperwork. There has also been a ceiling leak and the bathroom smells like pee. But the maintenance crew is responsive and has tried to fix all issues quickly. Office... staff seem to not always know how to handle the issues that present themselves.

We did end up firing the cleaners when... we sent them multiple times, but heard from you that they still hadn't come.
