Lived There For 20 Years
I lived here from September of 1999 until late 2019, and I lived on the top floor. My apartment had an excellent view of both Upper Darby and the Center City skyline. I always wanted a modern kitchen and a bathroom, and I'm so glad that they had both. Plus I also liked the huge walk-in closet and storage area as well.
Unfortunately, here are the down sides of my living here. For about six or seven years, I had a very severe roach problem. No matter how hard I tried to get rid of them, they... still kept coming in. But then they were gone before I moved out.
Also, the ceiling leaked occasionally whenever it rained as well. But at least maintenance handled it in a timely manner.
Although I didn't know how long it was before I moved out, the intercom didn't work. No matter how many times I contacted the office to ask them to fix it, it was never done. I had to go down the steps in order to let people in.
Back in the summer of 2014, my air conditioner conked out on me. I told them about it, but they said that the tenant is responsible for the air conditioner. I even called some places where they fix air conditioners, but they said that they do apartment buildings. For the rest of that summer, and nearly the entire summer of 2015, I had to use fans instead. Thank God I able to buy a new air conditioner from a renters' insurance settlement that I had.
Unfortunately, due to my limited mobility and safety issues, I had to move out. They were very kind enough to let me out of my lease.

Awesome. Answers my questions and concerns politely. I really appreciate that one. They are very accommodating to us. Staffs are very professional and reliable. Maintained well, loved it.I highly recommend their good services. Keep up the good work.
