Beautiful haven
Accustomed to larger metro areas, we picked Woodland Hills in Waterford when it was time to move back to Erie. It's quiet, yet close to shopping. We just love the trees and landscaping. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, too. It's a beautiful place to call home.

Living at Woodland Hills
These are new apartments in a beautiful country setting within walking distance to the town of Waterford. The apartments are light and bright. Lots of outside security lighting. They are well insulated so you don't get noise from apartments next to you. Close to all the schools. If there are any issues or concerns they are handled promptly. Utility costs are very reasonable. I have a garage which is very spacious for lots of storage. It feels like home and I hope to be here for a very long... time.
