Beckon staff made it so easy for me to move in and execute getting a lease sorted in a timely manner. They communicated with me on everything and made sure there were no hidden costs, fees, or lease terms. Along with that staff and the community have been so welcoming and kind!

I have rented many apartments in my life but the Beckon Collective is by far the most professional landlord I have had. They were upfront about my rental charges which is impossible to find in the West Chester area and they made the leasing process smooth and easy!

If you have cats, dogs -- heck if you have a komodo dragon -- Beckon will find a way to accommodate you and your beloved pet's needs. (Probably not the komodo dragon but just because they're extremely poisonous.) The staff here is warm and friendly and the community being centered around animal lovers makes it a uniquely neighborly place to live!
