I love my apartment. It is newly renovated. I have a washer and dryer and hardwood floors. I haven’t had any issues since I’ve moved in. I put in a few service requests in the past and they’ve gotten done on the same exact day. The manager Victoria is also very nice and helpful.

I am a long time resident of Heather Glen. Since the new owners have taken over I have noticed a lot of improvements. The management is friendly and available to the residents. When I have an issue it is taken care of quickly. The properties common areas are kept clean and well lit. My apartments has huge bedrooms and a lot of closet space. I would recommend this apartment.

Well where can we begin? I know people had problems with the old management, but mine did not start until Berger took over. It appears management is brain dead. I have a a construction zone demolition dumpster outside of my window for over a year. I called was told it would be moved, they put a new dumpster right back in the same spot. Even on a Saturday I wake to thumping appliances being tossed around in the morning. They will also rehab apartments on a Saturday, waking you early morning. This… is wonderful, as I work nights. Thanks Heather Glen! I have been without heat & hot water on two random days, one being the coldest night of the year. Came home Came home 11/24/15 at night to a surprise notice they would need to do electrical work in the apartment on 11/25/15 (Thanksgiving Eve!) Berger really shined during the snow storm. You take your life in your hands everytime it is snow/ice and have to traverse the slanted lot. There are some positives: maintenance is good, and fixes issues INSIDE the apartment, and the units are spacious. Also the area is great. Unless you like rude staff members who walk around thinking they're too good to say hello, your car being snowed in for days, and freezing in the winter I would not rent here. They are jacking up the prices from 1100$ to 1400$ for some cheap renovations to the kitchen. The girl in the office, Melissa, is rude and a liar. I don't know how she was even hired to work around people. There was one lady named Dee who worked in the office who was at least nice but this new lady is just awful. If you… put in a maintenance request, they're rude staff members named Jeff and Howard basically just blame you for whatever is wrong. It took them almost a week to shovel the parking lot and everyone in my building (an the entire apartment complex) had to miss work yet they like to send out "reminders" to everyone to pay their rent. There was a bug problem when I moved in and the maintenance people basically blamed it on us! They are so cheap you would think that they weren't getting paid to take care of the buildings. You can't do laundry because the machines are so dirty that it leaves clothes smelling like mildew no matter how much detergent you use! Th playground in the back of the complex is just horrible with rusted slides and swings! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here. Read More
