Maintenence Is lacking and office staff with exception to amanda is less friendly and supportive. Old staff would fight for us against increasing rent and breaking lease fees. Also apartment complex seems to have trouble getting people in

I'm so happy to be here! Amanda and Helen in the leasing office have been so very kind and accommodating to me throughout my first few days here. Craig and Eric in maintenance have also been very helpful and friendly. They have all made my move to Windermere from out of state very easy. I'm looking forward to getting to know the community as I settle in and am very grateful to be here. 5 stars!
