Great place! Clean and peaceful. Close to many great stores and restaurants.
Maintenance is always available and quick to respond.
Dogs love the dog park. Safe way for the pooches to have the zoomies!

I have lived in Waterview for over six years now and have never had an issue! Maintenance and office staff are fantastic always there to help and greet you with a smile. There are always trying to keep us safe and keep everything upgraded!

My residence experience was pretty smooth. Jackie was professional in helping me to get on-boarded and familiarized with apps like Rent Cafe. My move in experience went smoothly no surprises just lots of stuff and lots unpacking

Thank you all! You guys are awesome. This is the largest 1 bedroom I’ve ever rented. So much closet space! At the very least, schedule a tour at waterview to check it out!
