The Gardens at Willow Grove

I would honestly avoid living here. During my time staying at this apartment, there were constant pest problems including mice, cockroaches, centipedes, wolf spiders, and other bugs. The mice situation was especially disturbing because they were running around the apartment at night, even near my daughter’s bed.

Management did send an exterminator once, but it did absolutely nothing. The pests continued to come back and the mice were still everywhere afterward. It made the apartment feel unsafe... and unsanitary to live in, especially with children in the home.

The updated places look super nice but this place has a rampant cockroach problem that they aren't willing to fix properly. It has taken months to even get them to treat it. DISGUSTING. Don't be fooled by the fancy finishes, this place is dirty and poorly built. Even the newly renovated places are structurally awful, for example every time my neighbors shower, it smells like a bathroom in my bedroom.Very unpleasant. Also dank and dirty laundry room the washing machines are old and at times do... not work. Management is extremely hard to get a hold of because their corporate office is not in the area. Also you are only allowed to pay rent by cashiers check, which is ridiculous. Oh, and after you sign the lease they will tell you that you have to get your own PO box.
