This neighborhood is creative, stylish, and entirely walkable and is just steps from cafés, boutiques, Sherbrooke Metro, and Mont-Royal Avenue. Walk or bike through Parc La Fontaine or Mount Royal, explore Mont-Royal Avenue, or rent a BIXI bike to discover the Plateau’s charming residential streets. In the winter, enjoy ice skating at Parc La Fontaine or Parc Jeanne-Mance, cozy up in a nearby café or enjoy a show at Théâtre Saint-Denis, or visit the Écomusée du fier monde and browse galleries or independent bookstores.
The person responsible for the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Dinner gatherings between friends are welcome, as long as all guests are registered on the reservation. For security and insurance reasons, no additional visitors are permitted without prior approval. Pets are not allowed, and there is an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if this policy is not honored. The bunked bed is limited to young adults under 100kg. This is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel, and there are other apartments in the building with permanent residents, so please be mindful and respectful of the noise levels. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically.
